Lavender honey is light in color, it is slightly tart with almond flavor and very fragrant.
It is the star of the Provence beekeeping.
Also on bread or in an infusion, this honey can be integrated in many recipes: melon puff pastry tart and lavender honey; slice of fresh fig, goat cheese and lavender honey; roasted plums with lavender honey; glazed ribs with lavender honey, lavender honey creme brulee…
