Nice style small ravioli
A delicious recipe to prolong the summer, with a filling rich in ricotta and sweet peppers.
Pepper ravioli is a seasonal recipe, so don't miss out! And to accompany it, try a spoonful of our pepper salad mixed with your Neapolitan tomato sauce... a delight!

1 tray = 4 dozen = 1 main course for 1 person or 1 side dish for 2.
Storage:
Store between 0° and 4°. Use-by date: 5 days from the date of manufacture. This ultra-fresh product can be frozen.
Cooking instructions :
Bring a large quantity of water to the boil and salt lightly. Dip the Perrin ravioli in the greaseproof paper, holding it by one edge. The ravioli will come apart on their own. Remove the paper. The ravioli will rise. Leave to cook for around 2 minutes. Remove with a skimmer and carefully pour into a dish.
